What link are you clicking...? Is this a link to their site? Or a directions link on their site? I believe you may be getting an error attempting to go to their site and if so if I remember a video I saw about it when I was learning port forward software. Let me know what exactly doesn't work and I'll pass the info along to them with the video to correct it.
